In 2024 we challenged our employees to 'Be Your Best' as part of the iHealth Challenge

At iNova, we are all about health. Each year the company holds a global ‘iHealth Challenge’ which encourages our employees around the world to sign up, join a team and spend 30 minutes a day focusing on their own health and wellbeing.

In 2024 with the theme of ‘Be your Best’, and inspired by the Paris Olympics, we had over 375 members of #TeamiNova join the Challenge and take a collective 62,075,020 steps towards better health for themselves and for our community.

For each member who participated in the 2024 iHealth Challenge, iNova pledged a donation to three inspiring charities in our regions including Barnardos Australia, the Kythe Foundation Inc in the Philippines and the United Cerebral Palsy Association of South Africa.

With a record number of sign-ups, this year we are thrilled to announce that the team reached the goal of (AUD)$15,000!

Overall it was an outstanding effort by all of our #TeamiNova participants over the three week iHealth Challenge. In Week one we focused on our physical health, kick-starting new daily health habits. Week two saw us focus on our mental health and discover new activities and micro-habits that help us to be our best at work and at home.

And in the final week we invested in our social health, spending quality time exercising with family, friends and colleagues to make sure we have a wholistic health routine.

The iHealth Challenge is accessible to all members of iNova – you don’t have to be an Olympic athlete to take part! We strongly encourage teams to invest 30 minutes a day in any activity that helps contribute to their health and wellbeing. Above all – it’s about consistency.

This year during the iHealth Challenge #TeamiNova averaged around 35+ minutes of activity every day – a truly wonderful effort!

And most importantly #TeamiNova got connected and HAD FUN! Throughout the iHealth Challenge individuals and teams shared over 600+ messages of support and uploaded over 600+ spectacular photos from around the world. We can’t wait to see what is in store next year!
