This week the company met a particularly meaningful milestone announcing our strategic entry into the Japan market.
To celebrate the official opening of iNova’s new Tokyo office, Dan Spira, CEO and Sacha Ernst President AMENA region, travelled to Japan to welcome our new team members and business partners.
The special event included a ritual named Shoubaihanjokigan, a traditional ceremony performed by a Shinto priest which is said to bring prosperity to all involved in a new business. This was followed by “Kagami biraki”, or sake ceremony to mark new beginnings.
iNova is committed to delivering a smooth and well-supported transition for our people and our stakeholders as we expand our operations around the world. To help us achieve this goal in Japan, iNova is very pleased to welcome Ms Kayoko Ichihara who joins our organisation as Country Leader.
